April 8, 2012, Washington, DC: The sunlight was pervasive here this weekend. Reflecting off the water. Bouncing off a bicycle. Obstructing a baseball high in the air. Shining on our Easter Brunch. This weekend, we saw our hometown in its best light. Our cheeks ache from sunburn and windburn and smiling. We soaked it all in.  It wore us out.
